When and Where Is The Retreat?
9:00 AM to 1 PM, Saturday, May 4th at the Sq Hill JCC, Levinson Hall with an optional forest bathing activity at Frick Park immediately following.
How Much Does it Cost?
We welcome everyone who wants to attend. We believe in the spirit of generosity as part of the practice. By offering different payment levels, we aim to make it financially accessible for all and ask that you contribute as generously as you can.

What Should I Bring On The Retreat?
- Yoga mat
- Yoga block (if you have one)
- Water bottle
- Coffee/tea mug
- Meditation cushion or bench (if you have one, if not, chairs will be available))
- Comfortable clothes for yoga and other indoor activities
- Weather appropriate clothes for optional forest bathing walk at Frick in early May
Is It Okay If I Arrive Late Or Leave Early?
Yes. A half-day retreat is designed to fit into your busy weekend schedule so we encourage you to create space for yourself to experience the entire event. We hope that you will see the as an opportunity to give back to yourself–to make time to attend to your needs, to refill your cup. But we understand that there may be obligations that require you to miss part of the retreat.
What Type of Food Options Will There Be?
We will be offering vegetarian, vegan and gluten free food options. If you have special dietary needs, especially allergies, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate them.
What Is The Itinerary For The Day?
9:00 AM Arrival (Bagels and Coffee)
9:30 AM Singing
10:00 AM Creative Torah Study
10:40 AM All-Levels Yoga
11:30 AM Guided Meditation
12:00 PM Lunch
1:00 PM Conclude
1:20 PM (ish) Optional Frick Park forest bathing walk to begin immediately following.
