Join us for a half day spring, Shabbat retreat, ‘Seeds of Renewal.’ Bringing feelings of spring renewal to an expansive Shabbat morning contemplative experience, led by our retreat team–Sara Stock Mayo, Cantor Julie Newman, and Edie Raphael. We will gather for singing, eating, meditation, and yoga, with an optional (weather dependent) guided forest-bathing activity in the afternoon at Frick Park.

Join us for a day-long, January, Shabbat retreat, ‘Nourishing Our Roots’ – offering reflection, inspiration, and the warmth of community connection. Led by Sara Stock Mayo, Cantor Julie Newman, and Edie Raphael, and held at the beautiful Frick Environmental Center, we will gather to nourish our souls with meditation, yoga, creative writing, singing, and forest bathing, before concluding with Havdalah.
We welcome everyone who wants to attend. We believe in the spirit of generosity as part of the practice. By offering different payment levels, we aim to make it financially accessible for all and ask that you contribute as generously as you can.
