Yom Kippur Meditation and Sound Bath

While the gates are wide open, deepen your experience of the day with guided meditation and sound bath. Led by Cantor Julie Newman and Anitra Birnbaum, MD,PhD. Some mats and yoga blankets will be available as well as chairs. Comfortable clothing suggested.
No previous experience or registration required. Location: Fifth & Morewood, the 2nd floor of Rodef Shalom building, Devonshire St side.
