As the year 2024 winds down, we can begin to prepare for 2025 with the soul work of Mussar and the embodied practice of yoga.
Based on the book Mussar Yoga (Jewish Lights, 2014), by Edie Raphael (aka Edith Brotman), Tiferet Project is offering a 5 week Sunday series of Mussar Yoga (10 AM to 11:15 AM) at Beth Shalom Congregation in Squirrel Hill.
Classes are November 17, 24, December, 1, 8, and 15.
