An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Sunday, repeating until September 29, 2024
Join us for five weekly yoga sessions in the Jewish month of Elul. We will practice aligning body and breath with the Jewish calendar, in preparation for the High Holy Days. Tiferet Project is offering this series in continued collaboration with Congregation Beth Shalom.
