Seven weeks of Tiferet’s Jewishly-informed yoga at Beth Shalom Congregation on SUNDAYS 10:00 to 11:15 AM and Rodef Shalom Congregation on FRIDAYS 11:00 to 12:15 PM.
The dates of this series are:
SUNDAYS: April 27, May 04, 11, 18, 25, June 1, and 8 at Beth Shalom Congregation
FRIDAYS: April 18, 25, May 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 at Rodef Shalom Congregation
$18 per class
$108 for 7 classes
$216 for 14 classes
(Classes must be used up by the end of this series, but are valid for both Friday and Sunday classes)
