Sukkot Sound Bath
September 28 @ 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm EDT

A breath of the harvest on a busy Monday. This gentle, drop-in Sukkot gathering offers gratitude, harvest reflection, and a chance to take up the lulav and etrog, moves into guided meditation and a niggun, and settles into an extended sound bath with singing bowls and other relaxing instruments. We close with a few minutes for quiet sharing. Wear comfortable clothing. The sound bath can be experienced seated or lying down — limited numbers of mats and blankets provided, or bring your own. No experience necessary. Just come as you are.
