What Should I Bring On The Retreat?
Tree Pittsburgh is an environmentally conscious venue and does not allow us to serve food or beverages in single use containers. Please bring your own coffee mug and water bottle.
- Yoga mat
- Coffee Mug
- Water bottle
- Yoga block (if you have one)
- Meditation cushion or bench (if you have one)
- Weather appropriate clothes if you think you might like to be outside for some portion of the day
Is It Okay If I Arrive Late Or Leave Late?
Yes. The full day immersive experience is one we don’t often allow ourselves, and we hope you can create space for it all. We hope that you will see the day as an opportunity to give back to yourself–to make time to attend to your needs, to refill your cup. But we understand that there may be obligations that require you to miss part of the day.
What Type of Food Options Will There Be?
We will be offering vegetarian and vegan food options. If you have special dietary needs, especially allergies, please let us know in advance.
