All of your questions about the Nourishing Our Roots 2026 retreat answered here:
When and Where Is The Retreat?
9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Saturday, January 17th at the Frick Environmental Center
How Much Does it Cost?
We welcome everyone who wants to attend. We believe in the spirit of generosity as part of the practice. By offering different payment levels, we aim to make it financially accessible for all and ask that you contribute as generously as you can.
Retreat Tuition:
Standard $75
Benefactor $150
Supported $36
For those needing further support, please contact us. info@tiferetproject.org
What Should I Bring On The Retreat?
- Mug for coffee/tea
- Water bottle
- Yoga mat (we have blankets and blocks)
- Meditation cushion or bench (if you use them – many will use a chair)
- Warm clothes (hat, gloves, boots, coat, umbrella or rain hood) for walking outside (for winter forest “bathing” walk)
Is It Okay If I Arrive Late Or Leave Late?
Yes. The full day immersive experience is one we don’t often allow ourselves, and we hope you can create space for it all. We hope that you will see the day as an opportunity to give back to yourself–to make time to attend to your needs, to refill your cup. But we understand that there may be obligations that require you to miss part of the day.
What Type of Food Options Will There Be?
We will be offering vegetarian and vegan food options. If you have special dietary needs, especially allergies, please let us know in advance.
