Mindfulness Meditation Tuesday

Join us along with participants from across the nation for our virtual weekly mindfulness meditation group, meeting virtually every Tuesday at 6 pm, and on Sunday at 4 pm.
If you’ve joined before, you can use the same meeting ID and password. And if you don’t have those handy, the link will be sent out to everyone registered a few minutes before we start.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. You can register up until 30 minutes before the meeting.
You are welcome to sign up for both groups; show up when you can, just as you are, no experience required.
While an online sit isn’t the same as in person, we can still create a container for practice, supporting each other in community – even as we sit in our own spaces. It is precisely in the midst of these chaotic and anxious times that finding refuge in practice is so important. We will continue to cultivate our ability to find a sense of groundedness and respond to whatever arises with some wisdom. Please join us as we use this as a time to deepen practice, to begin practice (or even to begin practice again!)
As part of creating this container of practice for yourself, and for us all, we ask that you please set up your space ahead of time so you can minimize interruptions by partners or housemates (invite them to sit with us!), pets, cell phones, etc.
