Nourishing Our Roots 2025

Deep in the winter, while the roots of spring’s beauty lie waiting for warmer air, they find nourishment in the stillness and dark blankets of earth. We too can find nourishment in the stillness and dark of mid-January through Shabbat community, meditation, yoga, song, and forest bathing.
